  • Does Hometown Healthcare Store accept my insurance?
    We do not participate in accepting and or bill health insurance. Most products are below you're out of pocket expense or deductible.
  • Do I need a prescription for my purchase?
    No. But it can assist in identify the product your practitioner wants you to have.
  • Do you carry and size for Compression Socks/Stockings?
    Yes! We carry a full line of Compression Stockings/Socks and will also size you for the right fit.
  • Do you deliver ?
    We offer delivery and setup on our larger purhases. ( Lift Chairs and Hospital Beds.)
  • Do you rent Medical Equipment?
    Yes. We rent wheelchairs, hospital beds, and knee scooters.
  • What do you carry for CPAP supply and do you take my insurance?
    We carry basic replacement mask (Full face, Nasl, ), hose, filters, chin strap and cleaning wipes. We do not bill insurance.
  • Will my insurance cover or reimburse me for my purchases.
    It is unlikely that your insurance will cover or reimburse you for your purchases, as most healthcare insurance policies typically require you to seek services from approved or contracted providers.
  • What is your RETURN POLICY?
    All SALES ARE FINAL. Some products may be returned for an exchange or store credit only if accompanied by the original sales receipt within 7 Days provided that it's in salable condition. Faulty product are exchange within 28 days for a like product. Gift vouchers, bath safety, walking aids, transport chairs, wheelchairs, mobility devices, and Special Order are Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable. See Store for full details.
